Skills Development is one of the key elements of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Codes.
We partner with our clients to create unique solutions to maximize BBBEE scorecard points. We design, implement, and run your entire skills development program and interact with relevant SETAs on your behalf. We cover learnerships, internships as well as bursaries.
Our solutions are designed around the maximisation of current tax incentives and other benefits. We have access to a large pool of learners including candidates with disabilities.
We provide training with all our courses aligned to accredited unit standards where learners will have the opportunity, on successful completion, to earn credits towards a national qualification.

Yes4Youth
With the youth unemployment rate reportedly sitting at a staggering 66.5%, this has become one of South Africa’s most intractable challenges. We at JellyBean play an active role in addressing this issue, as we have a passion for the development of youth in this country.
We proudly partner with and support the Yes4youth (YES) initiatives, and we engineer creative solutions for our clients to participate in this worthwhile project and maximise their BBBEE ratings whilst giving our youth opportunities to gain some work experience.
The YES programme encourages corporates to contribute to empowerment in areas of national priority – addressing youth unemployment and upskilling the youth through job placement.
Should entities meet all the qualifying criteria and pre-conditions, which include conducting YES-specific learning programmes, YES can assist entities to enhance their overall B-BBEE status with up to 2 levels.
